Cleansing Oil: A lightweight but effective facial cleanser that works hard to melt away daily build up of pollution, dirt, makeup and sunscreen. Cleansing with an oil is a gentle way to protect the natural lipid layer without compromising the skin’s flora and microbiome, that work to help keep it healthy and well conditioned.
by:BW’s cleansing oil is formulated with cold-pressed plant seed oils of organic evening primrose, grape seed and sweet almond, all rich in skin-loving omegas 3 and 6 and vitamin E. Essential oils of high altitude lavender and eucalyptus offer anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties to soothe, heal and protect.
Suitable for all skin types including oily and combination (contrary to belief, using an oil on oily skin is a good thing!). The cleansing oil also has a soft, 100% cotton face cloth and drawstring bag included.

Know how: For best results, apply directly to dry skin and massage thoroughly over face, neck and décolleté. Take extra care around the eye area, avoid the product going into the eye. Rinse the cotton face cloth in hand-hot water, place over the face and leave for 15 seconds and allow the steam to warm the skin, taking 3 deep inhalations of the aromatherapy blend. Gently remove impurities, rinse and repeat for a thorough double cleanse. Use daily AM & PM.

Delivery
We will always do our best to despatch your order the following working day but we aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, but this may vary during busy periods and dependant on stock levels.
We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier - Royal Mail, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.
Please let us know if you have a deadline or last minute requirement and we will do our best to meet it. Please email us on Hello@wildatheartgifts.co.uk with your order number and specific requirements as well as stating your deadline in the delivery notes section when ordering.
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
Wild at Heart is a UK based company but we will happily ship worldwide to most locations. Our postage prices are based on standard parcels so please do get in touch if you would like a personalised quote for your parcel/shopping.

International delivery is by airmail. Target delivery times are approx 7-21 working days depending on location.
All delivery charges are dependant upon weight and destination, starting at £2.95 for the UK, and £14.95 for the rest of the world. The actual charges are shown before checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery but before you are asked to confirm the order.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. An additional postal charge will be made for items in need of posting twice due to an incorrect address being supplied
Returns
We realise that in shopping online you are unable to see and handle the products that you buy. Therefore if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back within 14 days for an exchange or a refund to:

When we receive your return in its unused and original condition we will refund the purchase price for that item.
Please return the items in the original packaging along with an explanatory note.
It is recommended that you send your returns back to Wild at Heart using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
Please note if the product is not in its original condition we will be unable to offer you a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund used or customer damaged items, special orders, perishable goods or personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
