Facial Oil: A daily facial treatment oil expertly blended for regenerating and rejuvenating dry, dehydrated, ageing and lack lustre skin. With a synergy of premium plant seed oils, botanical extracts, the most potent form of skin-loving vitamin C, and essential oils of neroli and rose otto, this non-greasy formula is easily absorbed and highly effective. The facial oil delivers a powerful concoction of cell protecting antioxidants, collagen boosting actives, omegas and nutrients to support the skin’s structure and microbiome. Use regularly to combat uneven tone, lack of firmness and overall skin ageing, leaving the complexion, replenished, hydrated, supple and glowing.

Know how: Apply 4 to 5 drops of oil into the palms of the hands, press the palms together to warm and then deeply inhale the aroma of the blend for 3 long breaths. Gently massage into the face, neck and décolleté both morning and evening. Can be used over a serum or night cream, or under a sunscreen during the day. Easily absorbed so makes a perfect makeup base.

Delivery
We will always do our best to despatch your order the following working day but we aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, but this may vary during busy periods and dependant on stock levels.
We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier - Royal Mail, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.
Please let us know if you have a deadline or last minute requirement and we will do our best to meet it. Please email us on Hello@wildatheartgifts.co.uk with your order number and specific requirements as well as stating your deadline in the delivery notes section when ordering.
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
Wild at Heart is a UK based company but we will happily ship worldwide to most locations. Our postage prices are based on standard parcels so please do get in touch if you would like a personalised quote for your parcel/shopping.

International delivery is by airmail. Target delivery times are approx 7-21 working days depending on location.
All delivery charges are dependant upon weight and destination, starting at £2.95 for the UK, and £14.95 for the rest of the world. The actual charges are shown before checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery but before you are asked to confirm the order.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. An additional postal charge will be made for items in need of posting twice due to an incorrect address being supplied
Returns
We realise that in shopping online you are unable to see and handle the products that you buy. Therefore if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back within 14 days for an exchange or a refund to:

When we receive your return in its unused and original condition we will refund the purchase price for that item.
Please return the items in the original packaging along with an explanatory note.
It is recommended that you send your returns back to Wild at Heart using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
Please note if the product is not in its original condition we will be unable to offer you a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund used or customer damaged items, special orders, perishable goods or personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
